Return policies

Custom scented products (such as lotions, bath salts, candles, or any custom blends) are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Due to the personal nature of oils, they cannot be returned either.

Certain things can be returned at the discretion of Kamala. For inquiries about returns, please call our toll-free number at (877) 424-1963. We will not accept returns without a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
