This is a blended Orris root oil.  We recommend it for spiritual use and not necessarily aromatherapy use.  Orris root has a reputation as an aphrodisiac and a bringer of luck.  It is also a good balancing oil for perfumery work.  The scent is subtle and reminds me of mist.
